Forget the weather forecast—this workshop is for the people who start listening to Christmas music in November… or August. We won’t judge.

Join us for a festive twist on one of our most popular chocolate-making workshops as you create two adorable ice cream cone hot cocoa bombs that look like melting scoops of chocolate ice cream but hide a cozy surprise inside. Fill them with your own hot cocoa blend, marshmallows, sprinkles, and other fun mix-ins before packaging them in clear display tubes that are almost too cute to open.

Along the way, you’ll learn the fundamentals of chocolate tempering, moulding, assembly, and recipe development using your choice of milk, white, or dairy-free dark chocolate. No experience is needed—we’ll guide you through every step.

Once you’re home, simply pour hot milk over your creation and watch it burst open into a rich mug of hot chocolate. (Or ignore the season entirely and turn it into an iced hot chocolate instead. We fully support the contradiction.)
