QUEST XO does not offer refunds, but if your product arrived damaged in any way, we'd be glad to send you a replacement free of charge

To begin the replacement process, contact us at orders@questxo.com and attach a picture of your damaged product. 


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will do everything we can to evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, sale items, or gift cards.
