Not to brag, but your local chocolatier could never.

We'll kick things off by making a simple chocolate ganache from scratch so you can learn the basics of truffle making at home. Then we'll move on to the fun part: rolling, dipping, decorating, and boxing up an unreasonable number of truffles.

You'll work with four unique flavours:

  1. Salted Honey Pistachio
  2. Strawberry Matcha
  3. Sweet Corn
  4. Oreo Cheesecake

We'll have the gourmet ganaches prepared and ready to go (because waiting around for four batches of ganache to set is not a personality trait). Your job? Roll, dip, decorate, and transform them into a box of truffles that look almost too good to eat.

As part of our Summer Workshop Lab series, this is a brand-new experience we're testing and refining. Think of it as early access to a workshop that doesn't fully exist yet. You'll enjoy special introductory pricing while helping us figure out what's working, what's not, and what deserves a permanent spot on our calendar.
